User Management & Permissions
Manage your team with invite-based users, set permission levels for each user, define policies for requiring two-factor authentication or passkeys, and recover locked out users.
- Invite users by email with configurable permission levels — Super Admin, Admin, Editor, Viewer, or Blog Viewer
- Set Auth Policy for requiring two-factor authentication or pass keys. Show a banner at top of page for any user who is within X days of requiring compliance.
- Recover user accounts who have locked themselves out (break-glass), by resetting their password or losing access to their authentication method
- SilverEarth System admin can recover a Super Admin account who has locked themselves out, to ensure you are never permanently locked out of your store
- Another Admin cannot delete a Super Admin account, to ensure you are never permanently locked out of your store by a malicious actor with access to an Admin account
- Requires NIST-compliant password strength (12 characters minimum) and configurable policies for requiring password reset on first login
- Set up Blog Viewer accounts for external collaborators who need to view an unpublished blog — no access to the admin itself

Customer Management
View customer accounts in the admin, grant roles for wholesale access and other custom permissions, and deactivate accounts. View their profile and order history in one spot. Supports a fully GDPR-compliant policy for customer data management, including the right to be forgotten and the right for the customer to receive an export of all of their data.
- Require a customer account with specific roles to view hidden products, events, or blogs, and to view or purchase particular products or services
- Respond to requests for activating a wholesale account, or elevating a retail account to wholesale, and requests for other roles according to submissions from your website's forms
- View a detailed customer profile with contact information, order history, request history, and communications from your website's forms
