Creating & Managing Events
Every event has a title, description, venue (or online location), start and end time, and one or more ticket tiers. You control capacity at the tier level and the event level. Presenter profiles link from the shared Author/Presenter library.

Waitlist Management
When a ticket tier sells out, attendees can join the waitlist. When a spot opens — because someone cancels or you increase capacity — the next person on the waitlist receives an automated offer email with a time-limited link to complete registration. You stay in full control: manually advance specific people, or let the system handle it automatically.
QR-Code Check-In
Every ticket includes a unique QR code. Staff scan codes on any phone or tablet using the built-in check-in scanner — validates the ticket, marks the attendee as arrived, and shows a pass/fail response in under a second. No dedicated hardware required.
Attendee Communications
Automated, branded emails keep attendees informed at every stage — registration confirmation with ticket details and QR code, reminder emails before the event, and post-event follow-up. Emails go out with your branding and from your configured email address.
Event Sales Report
A real-time report per event — tickets sold by tier, revenue, attendee count vs. capacity, waitlist depth, and check-in rate. Exportable as PDF for post-event reporting to stakeholders or funders.
