A mature, battle-tested codebase that processed over USD $125 million in sales across point-of-sale and website channels, with a lightning fast desktop based admin and POS terminals and deep supply chain and inventory management.
OmniChannel Commerce is no longer in active development. Existing clients continue to be supported. New customers should consider SilverEarth Commerce — the modern, cloud-based successor.
The platform
Windows desktop application + website integration
OmniChannel Commerce was SilverEarth's flagship desktop retail platform — a Windows-based application that unified in-store point-of-sale with integrated website commerce. Built over many years, the platform developed into a large, capable codebase with deep retail functionality refined through real-world production use.
The platform handled both POS and eCommerce channels through a single product and inventory model, with a shared customer account base, pricing rules, and order management — everything flowing through the same back-office ledger.
Support status
OmniChannel Commerce is in maintenance-only mode. Bug fixes and critical security patches are applied for existing clients. No new features are planned.
